🧶 Processing Time
Each item is made with intention and care.
- Ready-to-Ship items: ship out within 2–3 business days.
- Custom orders: please allow 2–3 weeks for creation before shipping.
During busy seasons, drops, or holiday rushes, it might take a little longer — but I’ll always keep you updated if that happens. 💫
🚚 Shipping Info
All orders are shipped via [USPS / UPS / etc.] and include tracking once your order is on its way!
Estimated Delivery Times:
- U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days after shipping
- International Orders: 10–21 business days after shipping
Please note that once a package leaves my hands, delivery times depend on the carrier. If anything goes sideways, I’ll always do my best to help you find a solution. 🌸
💖 Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Sometimes I drop free shipping promos or special deals — follow me on socials to catch those! 🎁
🔮 Tracking & Updates
You’ll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.
If tracking hasn’t updated in a couple of days, don’t stress — sometimes the carrier takes a bit to scan packages in.
✨ Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is shipped, it’s in the care of the postal service — but I’ll always help however I can.
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, please reach out within 7 days of delivery (or your expected delivery date) with your order number and any details/photos. We’ll figure it out together 💕
📬 Address Check
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. I can’t be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address, but if you notice a mistake right after ordering, message me ASAP and I’ll try to fix it before it ships!
