Every piece from Plurcore Stitches is handmade with love, care, and pure PLUR energy — so I want you to feel the magic in every stitch. Because everything is crafted by hand (and often custom or one-of-a-kind), I do not offer refunds. Please read below for all the details 💕
🌸 Handmade Love, Not Factory Perfect
Each piece is carefully handmade, which means small variations or differences are totally normal — that’s what makes your item truly unique! These natural variations aren’t considered defects, but if something feels way off from what you ordered, please reach out and I’ll do my best to help.
🧶 Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final.
Because my pieces are handmade — often made-to-order or custom — I don’t accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
That said, your happiness matters to me! 💫
If you receive the wrong item or something arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can work out a solution together.
🎨 Custom Orders
Custom pieces are made especially for you and are non-refundable and non-cancelable once work has begun.
If you need to cancel a custom order, please message me within 24 hours of purchase — after that, I’ve likely already started crocheting your piece!
💌 Order Cancellations
For ready-to-ship items, you can request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase — as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet.
Once it’s shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
💔 Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your package leaves my hands, it’s in the care of the postal service. I’m not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but if something arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can find a fair solution. 💕
